We have created the perfect space for functional, high intensity calorie burning workouts. Specialising in personal training, small group training and sports/ deep tissue massage therapy for recovery.

Free access to our training app. 


Monthly in person check in’s for progress (weight, cm, muscle mass, body fat and progress pics)


Workouts set up according to your goals, scheduled every week and updated as you progress.


In app tracking of workouts (weights, sets, reps) nutrition, personal bests, steps and ability for clients to connect fitness watches - so basically we can see everything you do, or don’t.


Workouts can be done at any gym , home or exclusive use of BOOST FITNESS FACILITIES.

David is the owner and head coach at Boost Fitness. With over 10 years industry experience including various qualifications in exercise science, anatomy, mobility as well as sports and deep tissue massage, he has a unique ability to understand each clients needs and specialise training requirements accordingly. 

He uses a variety of training techniques ranging from cross functional, strength to high intensity interval training. Each of these methods he can easily adapt and scale accordingly and inline with client goals, body mechanics and fitness levels. By facilitating these adaptations he is consistently able to provide a safe, structured workout that is also enjoyable, motivating and most importantly gets results.
